Mission

My mission is to advance educational excellence, equity, and opportunity through leadership, research, teaching, and service. I believe institutions are strongest when they center student learning, invest in faculty growth, use evidence responsibly, and remain accountable to the communities they serve.

Professional Philosophy

I approach education as both a human and institutional endeavor. Effective teaching, thoughtful leadership, and sound policy must work together to create environments where students can thrive, faculty can lead, and organizations can improve with purpose and integrity.
